Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful mountain views right from my room. The location is excellent, being tucked away enough to enjoy some peace yet close to everything in Whistler. While the room was a bit on the small side, it was still cozy and had everything I needed. The service was decent, but there were some limitations like ski storage that I wish had been a bit more organized.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect location just a short walk from the gondola and Whistler Village. The room was very well appointed with a beautiful view from the balcony. However, while the service was great, I felt some small touches were missing to make it five-star. The breakfast was nice, but the selection could use some improvement.
The hotel has a fantastic location right in Whistler Village, very close to the gondolas and ski school, which is great for families. The rooms were a bit cold and had a greasy smell, likely from the busy outdoor activities. While I appreciated the shuttle service, the staff could have been friendlier. Dining was pricey for breakfast, but the service from my server was attentive. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for skiing but not without its faults.
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, perfect for accessing the gondolas and nearby restaurants, while the rooms are spacious and clean. The service was friendly and efficient, making my stay enjoyable overall. However, I found the dining options to be a bit overpriced and underwhelming, which was disappointing. Despite that, I felt I got good value for my money during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located right by the gondola, which makes getting to the slopes a breeze. The rooms are clean and modern, although our confirmed upgrade wasn't honored. The staff was friendly and attentive, even offering a bottle of water while I relaxed in the hot tub. However, the dining prices were a bit steep for what you get.
I had a great stay at this hotel, with its prime location just a stone's throw from the Whistler gondola and the village. The rooms were comfortable and included a working gas fireplace, which was handy for drying clothes. However, I noticed some inconsistency in room sizes and layouts; that could be a bit puzzling. Overall, I felt it was a good value for money, especially for skiing enthusiasts looking for quick access to the slopes.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable with great amenities, making it easy to cook and save money. However, our arrival was a bit chaotic as the room wasn’t ready for us, which was frustrating. The location was great, close to everything, but it did feel a bit chaotic sometimes. And while I appreciated the friendly staff, the service could improve with better organization, especially regarding billing.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasted spacious rooms with a lovely view of the mountains. The staff was very attentive and friendly, making my experience even better. However, the dining prices were a bit high for what was offered. The location was perfect for both skiing and access to the village, which made it incredibly convenient for my activities.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are really nice, especially with that chalet style and the kitchenette setup. The location is perfect for accessing the village and chairlifts. The service staff were awesome, booking everything we needed in advance. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as it felt a bit lacking. Overall, it’s a great place but could be better with food variety.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the great location near the ski area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated having a kitchen for my family, though we faced a late check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement.
